Banana and Pecan Butter Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon pecan butter
- ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon coconut milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (or cocoa/cacao powder)
- 1 packet of greens powder (optional)
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Top with favorite fruit (blueberries, raspberries) or granola.

Pecan Butter Overnight Oats
When you need more than a morning snack, think ahead and make overnight oats. Just follow a few simple steps and you'll create the ultimate ready-to-go breakfast. Pecan butter adds flavor and healthy fat that’ll keep you full until lunch.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup coconut or nut milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Purely Pecans Sweet Potater pecan butter
Add oats to a container of your choice (mason jars are popular, but a plastic cup works, too). Pour in milk. Mix in chia seeds.
Add a layer of pecan butter, then a layer of sliced banana. Repeat as needed. Place in fridge overnight (at least 4 - 8 hours.) Wake up to a perfect on-the-go breakfast.
